Luxury chalets are the ultimate way to experience a winter vacation

Luxury chalets are the ultimate way to experience a winter vacation. With their elegant design, top-of-the-line amenities, and stunning locations, they offer the perfect combination of comfort and sophistication.

One of the biggest benefits of staying in a luxury chalet is the level of privacy and exclusivity they offer. Unlike hotels, which can be crowded and noisy, chalets are typically secluded and peaceful. This makes them ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together without the distractions of the outside world.

Some of our favourites are:

In terms of design and amenities, luxury chalets are unmatched. They are typically spacious and beautifully decorated, with high-end furnishings and finishes. Many of them also feature stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests, providing a truly magical experience.

Our star properties for design are:

In addition to their luxurious interiors, chalets are also equipped with top-of-the-line amenities. This can include everything from state-of-the-art kitchens and entertainment systems to outdoor hot tubs and saunas. Many chalets also offer a range of services, such as concierge services, private chefs, and in-house massage therapists.

Of course, one of the biggest draws of luxury chalets is their prime locations. Many of them are situated in the heart of the world's best ski resorts, providing easy access to the slopes. This makes them ideal for avid skiers and snowboarders looking to make the most of their winter vacation.

However, luxury chalets are not just for skiers. They are also perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the winter landscape without hitting the slopes. Many chalets are located near hiking and snowshoeing trails, allowing guests to explore the surrounding wilderness and take in the stunning views. Our super experience chalet is the Octola Arctic Lodge in Lapland Finland

In conclusion, luxury chalets are the ultimate way to experience a winter vacation. With their elegant design, top-of-the-line amenities, and stunning locations, they offer the perfect combination of comfort and sophistication. Whether you're looking to hit the slopes or simply enjoy the beauty of the winter landscape, a luxury chalet is the perfect choice.

Interview with Julie Gauthier, Founder

One17 is an architectural practice that produces a fantastic quarterly cultural magazine for its high-net-worth clients. The publication is called 'One17 Notes' and we are proud to have been featured in their latest issue.

Kevin Drayton, the magazine founder and One17 partner, was intrigued by our company and story and decided to run a 4-page interview with our founder, Julie Gauthier. The extensive interview goes into plenty of detail on our team, process and ethos too.

The interview is accompanied by some stunning high-definition images of our properties and, as soon as we saw the printed copy at last week's’ cocktail party, we were excited to post it online.

Here are links to two documents, one features just our article, for those who want to read it for themselves and the other features the whole magazine by One17 for anyone who wants to read the rest of their fantastic fourth issue.
